  • Bailout rate: 5.25%
  • Minimum premium: $20,000 tax-qualified / non-qualified
  • Issue age: 0-90
  • Penalty-free withdrawals greater than 10% of contract value or required minimum distribution starting contract year 2
  • Death benefit: full accumulation value
  • 30-day free look to cancel the contract
  • Surrender charges: 9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%, 4%
  • Market value adjustment

Renewal Rate Bailout Feature


If the renewal rate is below the contract bailout rate, there will be a 30-day window at the end of the policy year to take full or partial withdrawal with no surrender charges or MVA.

A single premium tax-deferred annuity that guarantees an interest rate for 5 years.

  • Minimum premium:
    $10,000 tax-qualified / $20,000 non-qualified
  • Issue age: 0-90
  • Penalty-free withdrawal of up to 12 months’ worth of interest earned. Distributions may be taken monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually with a minimum distribution of $100.00.
  • Penalty-free withdrawal of required minimum distribution

A single premium immediate annuity that guarantees a stream of income payment over a specific period of time ranging from five to 10 years.

  • Issue age: 0-90.
