A . Retention and Deletion

Remember, though, that even if you request deletion of your Personal Information, we may keep certain Personal Information for a time after your deletion request to comply with legal or recordkeeping requirements. Also, we may not always be able to delete all of your Personal Information because of technical or other constraints.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any Personal Information from children under the age of 16, without statutorily required parental consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child, we will promptly take steps to delete the Personal Information.
